PET Bottle Embryo Defect Detection Equipment
The PET bottle embryos defect detection machine produced by our company can effectively detect various defects in the appearance of the bottle embryos. The overall condition of the equipment is following: the overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, defective product rejection and counting device, the normal detection speed is 70 pieces/min. The front end of the bottle embryos detection machine is directly connected to the conveyor line of the injection molding machine (the height of the conveyor line is adjustable from 960mm-1380mm) to ensure that the products enter the detection station in sequence, and the equipment can achieve 7*24 hours operation, greatly improving production efficiency.

Camera distribution:
1. Four cameras are used for double stations around the bottle embryo: because the product is made of PET, the four cameras are divided into two stations, and each station is equipped with two cameras and two sets of backlight sources to complete the detection of the outer side of the bottle embryo, the detection content includes black spots, bubbles, stains, and oil stains with color difference.
2. Four cameras are used for the bottle embryo mouth: four detection stations for the bottle embryo mouth, respectively to detect the bottle embryo mouth, and the detection content includes the lack of material, burrs, overlaps, stains and black spots in the bottle embryo mouth.
3. The detection of the bottle embryo support ring adopts a camera to detect the lack of material of the support ring.
4. The detection of the bottom of the bottle embryo uses a camera to detect the black spots and voids at the bottom of the bottle embryo.
